►HPAE Petition – A bargaining unit nurse posted the petition in their unit on a bulletin board, management took it to human resources, the hospital sent us a cease & desist order with the threat of filing an unfair labor practice charge against us because they claim the  content of the petition is inaccurate. The petition is on hold.

►Documentation Omission/Errors – HPAE & CUH have been meeting to discuss the current language regarding documentation omissions/errors.

►Fair Credit Act – If you are asked to sign this as part of your performance evaluation DO NOT sign it. By law, licensed employee’s (nurses) do not have to sign it because as you renew your nursing license, you are finger printed. That is ALL that is needed.

►ED Holding & S7 Nurses - Recently attended a Labor Management meeting to discuss their concerns with management. They did a great job.
