Have you ever been in an unsafe staffing situation, but were unsure what to do to protect your patients and yourself? Learn about the legal pitfalls of short staffing.
Objectives for Two Hour Presentation:
- Discuss legal concerns that arise when nurses are faced with too much to do and not enough time and/or staff to complete their assigned duties.
- Explore steps nurses can take to address short-staffing issues in order to protect their patients and themselves.
