Objectives for Two Hour Presentation:

  1. Discuss legal concerns that arise when nurses are faced with too much to do and not enough time and/or staff to complete their assigned duties.
  2. Explore steps nurses can take to address short-staffing issues in order to protect their patients and themselves.
