New NIOSH video on job stress

Job stress is a growing problem in today's economy.  Most studies show that between one-fourth and one-third of today's workers report high levels of stress at work.  Research has shown that job stress plays a role in many chronic health problems, and the evidence is growing.

A new NIOSH film, "Working With Stress," explains the causes and effects of job stress -- and how to prevent it.  The program offers strategies on how to reduce stress while increasing productivity and profitability.  This 17-minute program is available FREE to members of the public, and is available on video and enhanced DVD.  Availability is limited.
