Give your name and city/town your from……I am a public employee health care worker and member of the Health Professionals and Allied Employees (HPAE), calling to ask SENATORS NAME to support legislation that will expand the scope of collective bargaining by expanding eligible items to include those not exempted by State law. This kind of potential assault on long standing contract clauses is regressive and can lead to disastrous and contentious labor relations.   

I am proud to join HPAE, the New Jersey State AFL-CIO, and its’ public employee affiliates to support Scope of Negotiations legislation.  I’d ask SENATOR’S NAME to support public employees by voting in favor of S1137.  Thank you for your attention and consideration to this matter.
