After our previous email to you on June 24th, management has further clarified the schedule of our upcoming salary increases:
As previously reported, our lump sum retroactive payment of $870 will be included in our July 2nd paycheck (this amount will be pro-rated for part-time employees).
The $1160 increase to our base salaries will be reflected in our July 17th paycheck–not July 2nd as previously reported.
We will also receive the 2% across the board increase in our July 17th paycheck. Our new salary will be calculated by adding the $1160 to our current base salary and then applying the 2% increase.
To be eligible for these increases, you must have been on payroll in a position represented by HPAE 5094 on the date of ratification (June 12) and continue to be on payroll in a position represented by HPAE 5094 on the payment date of the increase.
If you have any issues, or if these increases do not appear in your paycheck, please contact a Union Rep immediately.
