On Thursday, July 14th, the Negotiating Committee had another bargaining session with management. The session focused on several key issues that remain outstanding such as job security, random drug testing, FMLA, and staffing. We continue to make progress however it is important that we protect the rights of our members.
HPAE presented a revised economic proposal that would ensure every member is placed on the appropriate step as well as increases the wage scale each year of the contract. Management has not responded as yet.
