Membership Update on the Change in Management of BRMC
Yesterday, Bergen County Executive, James Tedesco, announced that the for-profit managers of BERGEN REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER will be replaced by the new NOT-FOR-PROFIT partnership of Care Plus and Integrity House with Rutgers University contracted to provide some clinical services.
This is good news.
Our contract will be honored. Our jobs will be safe. And the elimination of a For-Profit managing company should mean that there will more resources for our patients.
