Local 5142 Member Alert: Important Membership Meeting on November 7th!
Last week, your Local Bargaining Committee (pictured above) got together to begin drafting proposals for our upcoming contract bargaining with Salem Medical Center. We’re crafting these proposals based on the surveys you all filled out that reflect your priorities. It’s great that so many of you took the first step in this process by filling out the surveys, and now we have to continue to organize and take action to make sure that we are ready to win a contract that honors the work that we do as nurses and allows us to provide excellent patient care.
