The intent of the meeting is to discuss staffing the Infusion Unit. We believe what is currently contract language (J1) is insufficient. We need to hear from you as to what you are experiencing, the volume of patients, changes in treatments/medications and acuity of patients. Please make every effort to attend this most important meeting.
2021 Negotiations will be a defining moment for our local. Each member has the responsibility for fostering change.
Change will not come if we wait for some other person, or if we wait for some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.
