Local 5131 Contract Negotiations
We are starting negotiations with Inspira on Monday April 4th! Your bargaining committee has been hard at work drafting proposals that address concerns we all have as nursing professionals. We have taken your input from the bargaining surveys and membership meetings to identify our top priorities. We have come up with a comprehensive set of proposals that aim to make our hospital system a premier place to work and allows us to give the highest level of care to our community. We will be sending regular email updates to staff after each negotiation session. Your participation and support are vital to us achieving a strong contract!
