Inspira Bargaining Update #1, April 10, 2025

One thousand ninety-four RNs from across the Inspira network have signed the petition for a fair contract! Today, 119 of us joined our Local bargaining teams at the first day of bargaining to deliver our petition and show Inspira management that we remain united in our demands for safe staffing and fair wages. Members from all three HPAE Locals at Inspira gathered to support our bargaining committees and urge the bosses to agree to a fair contract.

Our Locals’ bargaining team remained at the Glassboro Marriott until nearly 6pm. 42 proposals from our Locals have now been presented to Inspira management. Our next negotiation will take place on April 17th. Remember: we’re just getting started, and we can’t win these big victories without the support of our members.
