Inspira Bargaining Update, April 30, 2025
We are writing with another negotiations update following our fourth bargaining session with Inspira on April 30th. We received our first comprehensive response from Inspira management. Inspira has agreed to very few of our proposals and shown very little movement.
The good news: we were able to reach a few tentative agreements on language issues late in the day. These will be shared once they are signed (next week).
The bad news: Inspira has outright rejected our safe staffing proposal. Ironically, one of the reasons they gave for rejecting ratios is that they can’t seem to hire enough RNs.
HOWEVER, we have some VERY exciting opportunities coming up for all of you to help us generate some real movement at the table:
