Local 5185 Negotiations Update, May 1, 2025 – Management’s Proposals

Yesterday (5/1/25), Management presented their proposals for our next Contract.

They want to TAKE AWAY OR REDUCE: PTO, Charge Pay, Specially Pay Differentials, Float Pay, On-Call Pay, Float Holidays, Bonus Shifts, Cafeteria Discounts, and much more.

In exchange, they offered a SMALLER overall raise than our last contract.

Our union is only strong when ALL members are active and united.
