Local 5186 Union Negotiations Update, May 5, 2025 – Management’s Proposals

Friday (5/2/25), Management presented their proposals for our next Contract.

They want to TAKE AWAY OR REDUCE: PTO, Charge Pay, Specially Pay Differentials, Float Pay, On-Call Pay, Bonus Shifts, Shift Differentials, 401(k) Matching, and much more.

In exchange, they offered a SMALLER overall raise than our last contract.

Our union is only strong when ALL members are active and united.
