Local 5185 Members: No Cuts to Our Wages – Pledge to Vote Yes Now!
Enough is Enough! Hudson Regional is proposing dozens of cutbacks to our wages and benefits, meanwhile they have the money to give us what we need! The cuts include:
- Cut Our Wages Across the Board!
- Double Insurance Premiums!
- Cut Our PTO!
- Cut and Cap our 401(K) Match!
- Cut Per-Diem Pay!
- Cut Preceptor Pay from $3 to $1!
- Cut 2 Sick Days!
- And Much, Much, More…
And Management’s bad behavior isn’t just at the Bargaining Table: HRH has committed MULTIPLE unfair labor practices over the last few months alone! Among other things, they have kicked Union members and representatives off the property for trying to keep workers informed, and failed to provide the information necessary for our bargaining committee to properly conduct negotiations.
NOW IT’S TIME TO STAND AND FIGHT! We are voting YES to strike on June 23rd at 7:30 am! Not only do we not deserve to have anything taken away from us, we deserve better for our patients, our families, and ourselves.
