HPAE Rowan Local 5094 Bargaining Update, August 21
Our HPAE Local 5094 Negotiating Committee met on August 20th for continued negotiations for our successor agreement with Rowan University today.
Below are the updates from the session:
- We spent the day in discussions regarding wage increases and held a dialogue regarding across the board increases and step movements for the life of the contract.
- We actively discussed the new PPO Healthcare proposal presented by Rowan and the incorporation of the new benefits and rates for our HPAE negotiations unit employees.
- We signed a Tentative Agreement to incorporate the NJ SAFE Act into the contract for our members to reference.
We thank everyone who supported the team by wearing red shirts and their HPAE pins.
