Your local leadership is happy to announce that we have come to an agreement with management on a Retention Bonus for all FT and PT RN’s. The bonus will be $3/hr. for all hours WORKED.
We met again today, January 20th, with HMH for further bargaining on the new wage scales for members in the LPN/TECH, PRO & S/M units. We have reached an agreement on the new wage scales for all members.

We’ve had multiple members fall ill at the Princeton and Camden County Donor Centers due to unsafe working conditions. Despite managements push to reopen the centers, we have stood strong and forced them to keep the centers closed.
On January 3rd, 2023, HPAE sent to EHMC a counterproposal for wage enhancement and offered to meet with EHMC administration to discuss on January 11th, 2023. Our proposal is inclusive of enhancing per diem wages.
