HPAE Local 5091 Members: First Bargaining Session Held on April 9

We met for our first bargaining session with Bergen New Bridge on April 9, we want to extend a big thank you to all the members that showed up to present the petition to management this morning! We had over 90% of the members sign onto the petition to support the bargaining committee!

Debbie White, HPAE State President, attended and gave opening remarks, Deb Visconi, President and CEO, also attended for the opening statements. Overall, the tone was respectful and cordial.

We presented our initial proposals. Included in these proposals are safe staffing, fair compensation, improvements to benefits and advancing a just culture. A always, we will keep you updated.

Next bargaining sessions: April 15, 28, 29 and 30th.
