Local 5103 Arbitration Win!!!

We are excited to announce that WE won our “Sixth and Seventh Day” Arbitration. The Arbiter ruled that the Red Cross must go back to our interpretation of the language and awarded us back pay as well. We’ll have more details about the decision soon.

This is an example of what we can do when we stand together and fight as one Union. As we move forward with enforcing our current contract, please look for ways to get involved so that we can win even bigger victories and begin preparing now for the fight that will come during our 2028 negotiations. Together we can accomplish more and start reminding Management every day that we stand united!
