The RN leadership of Local 5058 is calling for a strike authorization vote to show management we’re serious about our demand for a fair contract and that we intend to challenge HMH’s unfair labor practices. This does not mean a strike is inevitable. Being ready to strike empowers us to fight hard for better staffing, compensation, workplace violence protections, and respect at work. The LEB strongly encourages all HPAE members to cast your YES votes as soon as you receive your ballot on Monday!

At 8:00 am on Monday, all HPAE members in good standing will receive a secure electronic ballot via text and email on file with HPAE.
