Bargaining Update, September 13, 2025

We were at bargaining with management from 9am until nearly midnight on Friday with no new agreements reached. We know that the slow movement we’ve been seeing is frustrating for everyone. It’s frustrating for us too, but we are still seeing movement from management on our most important issues including pay and staffing.

We’re closer than we’ve been before, but management still isn’t where we need them to be. We’ll be having a federal mediator come in on Monday to see if that helps us reach a tentative agreement. If we aren’t able to reach an agreement on Monday, we’ll have to consider escalating to the next step to persuade management to give us what we need and deserve.
