Contract Issues for local 5094 Members at Rutgers
We, the Co-Presidents of HPAE 5094, invite all active Rutgers 5094 members to attend this week’s Contract Issues Meeting. Our contract with Rutgers expires on 6/30/2026 and we need to start preparing for negotiations now if we want to build on the wins we accomplished last time in negotiations.
The Contract Issues Meetings are for all of us active members to discuss issues affecting us at Rutgers and what we want to change in the next contract. We will also discuss how you can get more involved in negotiations by becoming a member of the bargaining committee or a member of the contract action team (CAT). The meetings will be held on zoom on Wednesday, October 1st at 12pm and at 7pm. Please register below at the respective Zoom link:

Our union is only as strong as your participation in it! Our ability to stand together and fight will have a direct impact on our wages, benefits, and protections regarding working conditions, such as improved access to flexible work arrangements and compensatory time for extra hours worked.
