Local 5097 Officer Elections
The election has begun for HPAE Local 5097 Officers. The election is being conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Ballots were mailed to all members in good standing on Monday, November 10, 2025. The deadline for receipt of ballots is Thursday, December 4, 2025. Any ballots received after that date and time will be void. The counting of ballots will take place on December 5, 2025 at the offices of the AAA located at 120 Broadway, New York, NY.
Voters with missing or damaged ballots will be directed to request replacements by calling our Duplicate Hotline 1-800-529-5218 Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This number is to be utilized only for duplicate ballot requests. Members may also make requests by e-mailing requests to Sacha Ulerio at [email protected]. Please note, AAA will be closed November 27 and28, 2025 in observance of Thanksgiving.
