Local 5131 February 2026 Union Update
We are pleased to announce that our new contract has been sent to the printer! Printing typically takes about 3-4 weeks. When the books have been delivered, we will send out an email blast announcement including dates for distribution at our worksites.

We also want to make you all aware that we have a class action grievance filed on behalf of the entire Local regarding staffing ratios. Please continue to ARCC up your staffing concerns in real time and file short staffing forms anytime you are working outside of contractual ratios. The short staffing forms are particularly important!
