Working Without a Contract: What Does That Mean For Us?

Now that the contract expiration date of May 31 has passed and there is no settlement, we are working without a contract.

What changes? Not very much. We still have our union rights and protections, the grievance procedure, and management cannot make any unilateral changes. We are still strong!
