HPAE Local 5138 Nurses at Southern Ocean Medical Center have ratified a new three-year contract with their employer that includes guaranteed nurse-to-patient safe staffing ratios, wages and other benefits.
We would like to thank each and every one of you for all of your support throughout these negotiations, and for coming out for our ratification meetings. It has been a long and emotional process for everyone.
Our next union meeting will be Wednesday, June 11 at 08:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 4:00 PM in Staff Room A/B.
