Bargaining Update for University Hospital, Septemeber 17
We met with management for another bargaining session today which was somewhat productive as we were able to reach a few tentative agreements that are intended to clarify resignation and seniority language for our members.
Contract Negotiations Update: VNA Health Group of NJ, LLC (Essex/Hudson) and VNA of Englewood
We had our opening sessions for contract negotiations with VNA last week. The Essex/Hudson nurses bargained on September 12th and the Englewood nurses bargained on September 13th.

HPAE Public Sector Union Rep Training
This training is for all HPAE Public Sector Union Reps: those that have had no training before, as well as those that have had the basic training but want to learn additional skills and refine current ones.
Local 5103 Election Results
The Local 5103 Nomination and Election Committee has completed Local 5103 Officer Elections. The American Arbitration Association, a national recognized neutral organization, mailed and counted all the ballots.

Our HPAE Local 5094 Negotiating Committee met on September 5th for continued negotiations for our successor agreement with Rowan University today.
Local 5103 Election Reminder
Ballots for Local 5103 Officer Elections have been mailed out. ONLY members of the Technical Unit should have received ballots since only the Co-President of Technical Unit position is contested.
