Inspira Bargaining Updates, May 6 & May 8, 2025
Tuesday, 5/6 was a long day, but resulted in little progress. Thursday, 5/8 we were back at the table until nearly 8pm, however this time we walked away with several Tentative Agreements.

As we kick off nurses week next week, we’ll be holding a cafeteria day on Wednesday, March 7th from 6:30a to 9:30a, 11a to 2p and 6p to 8p.
Please note that a Nurse’s Day Celebration will be conducted on May 9, 2025 in the Rosemarie Gellene Room in the MSB. Like always there will be Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Please come!
We are writing with another negotiations update following our fourth bargaining session with Inspira on April 30th. We received our first comprehensive response from Inspira management.
This is a reminder of all upcoming HPAE 5094 trainings, events, committee meetings, and organizational gatherings for May – June 2025.
Today was another unproductive day at the bargaining table with HMH. Our team presented a comprehensive package of proposals, including an across-the-board wage increase, merit increases as a bonus, and enforceable staffing ratios for each unit.
HPAE continues to fight for the safety of our nurses, through our RN Safety and Violence Meetings and our ongoing conversations with Cooper Management.
