This Agreement made as of the 26th day of October, 2020, by and between American Addiction Centers, Inc./Sunrise House, (herein after referred to as the “Employer” or “AAC”) and the HEALTH PROFESSIONALS AND ALLIED EMPLOYEES, AFT/AFL-CIO, (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”).
