Local 5138 Negotiation Update for 5/22/2025.

On May 29, 2025, HMH and HPAE will return to the bargaining table —and we are ready, united, and determined to keep fighting for our demands: safe staffing ratios, fair wages, and the respect we deserve.

We’ve made our demands clear. Now it’s time for HMH to come with real answers and a commitment to the care standards our patients and nurses deserve.

This is more than a contract—it’s about standing up for our profession, our patients, and each other. When we raise our voices together, we cannot be ignored.

Let’s stay strong, stay united, and keep moving forward—because together, we make change happen.
