Local 5107 Llanfair House Negotiations Update, July 8, 2025

We met for our first bargaining session with Berkshire (Llanfair House), on July 7th and gave our initial proposals across the table. We reminded management that we have filed charges with the national Labor Relations Board regarding their unilateral changes and are giving them the opportunity to bargain in good faith.

Your negotiation team let management know that members deserve safe staffing, competitive wages and affordable health benefits that are actually a benefit!

We were told that management would provide more dates by the end of the week and will keep you informed.
