Local 5107 UMC Union Negotiations Update December 12, 2025

Last Night (12/11/25), HPAE Members from all three communities joined the bargaining session to encourage UMC to provide substantial counterproposals on our key non-financial proposals.

Because you stood strong, Management heard you and provided substantial counterproposals on Layoffs/Severance and Discipline. This is progress.

They still have not provided substantial counterproposals on Non-RN Duties or No Forced Shift Changes.
