Please note that your insurance coverage is now 100% fully active, retro to January 1st. If you have incurred any bills that the insurance should have covered, please bring them to Alyssa Perez in HR. She will file them with Cigna.
If you are still having trouble with the app, you can reach out to Cigna, and they will fix that for you as well. Please keep us posted if you continue to have issues.
