Local 5107 UMC Union Negotiations , January 20, 2026
Yesterday (Jan 20), our bargaining team met with Management. We discussed Wages, Staffing, Differentials, Hours & Schedules, Holidays, and the HPAE Retiree Medical Trust.
We continue to make progress on wages. Management is now proposing minimum raises of 4.5% for FT & PT Nurses and 3% for PD Nurses this year, and 3% for everyone in 2027 and 2028.
Management continues to reject our proposals for additional differentials.
Management continues to oppose including us in the HPAE Retiree Medical Trust.
We made no further progress on Safe Staffing.
