Last week, Management sent a 30-day layoff notice covering several workers in Food & Nutrition, with future layoffs across the Hospital being considered.

Despite a clear letter from the NJ Department of Labor stating that their constant WARN “extensions” are unlawful, Management is plowing ahead.
