UMC Members: Check Your Paystubs
Please check your pay stub to make sure your new rate is correct. If it is not, please contact a union rep and HR immediately.
All Full-Time and Part-Time Members should either receive a 4.5% raise OR be placed on the chart based on their RN experience, whichever is greater.
A year of LPN experience at UMC equals 1 year of RN Experience. A year of LPN experience outside of UMC equals one-half of a year of RN Experience.
Per Diems should receive a 4.5% raise.
Please note that this only refers to your base rate – longevity and differentials are added on top of this.
