Local 5094 Officers Election - Health Professionals & Allied Employees

Local 5094 Officers Election

The election has begun for HPAE Local 5094 Officers and Representatives.  The election is being conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).  Ballots were mailed to all members in good standing on Thursday, August 7, 2025.  The deadline for receipt of ballots is Monday, August 27, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., to be counted.  Any ballots received after that date and time will be void. The counting of ballots will take place on August 27, 2025 at the offices of the AAA located at 120 Broadway, New York, NY.

There will be two ballots, one for RBHS Newark and another for RBHS New Brunswick, Piscataway, Camden and Rowan.  RBHS Newark will be voting for two contested Representative positions and RBHS New Brunswick, Piscataway, Camden and Rowan will be voting for the contested Co-Grievance Chairperson position. UH will not receive a ballot due to no contested election in their area.

All other officer and representative positions nominated were uncontested and therefore voting is not necessary.  A full list of candidates can be found below.

If you receive the wrong ballot, or voters with missing or damaged ballots will be directed to request replacements by calling our Duplicate Hotline 1-800-529-5218 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  This number is to be utilized only for duplicate ballot requests. Members may also make requests by e-mailing requests to Sacha Ulerio at [email protected].  Voters are asked not to call prior August 14, 2025, to allow sufficient time for the delivery of all ballots.
