Local 5107 UMC Union Meeting (9/16) – Contract Negotiations

Every three years, we re-negotiate our Collective Bargaining Agreement (Union Contract). Our Contract is up on January 31, 2026 – this will be our first contract re-negotiation at UMC. Unlike non-union workers, who have to accept whatever Management gives them, Union Members get a say. Together, we win more than we could separately!
