Stand with the Bayonne Lab – Say NO to Outsourcing

Management recently announced that they have decided to outsource all workers in the Bayonne Lab. Our Contract states that before any final decision on outsourcing, they must consult with us – they never did!

Not only are they violating our Union Contract, but they’re putting our union rights and hard-won benefits at risk by outsourcing us to a non-union company!

We won’t stand for, this, and we’re fighting back!

Non-Lab members should write “Signing in Solidarity” in the comments, so Management knows our whole union is opposed to ANY outsourcing. If they can get away with it in the Lab, they will try it to everyone!
