We’ve had multiple members fall ill at the Princeton and Camden County Donor Centers due to unsafe working conditions. Despite managements push to reopen the centers, we have stood strong and forced them to keep the centers closed.
On January 3rd, 2023, HPAE sent to EHMC a counterproposal for wage enhancement and offered to meet with EHMC administration to discuss on January 11th, 2023. Our proposal is inclusive of enhancing per diem wages.
In our Union contract we have negotiated language that mandates that the Union and the hospital create specific joint committees. Both parties have input into what the committee is going to focus on. Our Voices are heard!

We want to give an update to the meeting today with HMH pertaining to the transition to our new employer effective January 1, 2023. The HPAE Local 5097 contract that is in place now remains with the new employer. NOTHING CHANGES!
