Inspira Bargaining Update, 5/16/25

Your bargaining team had another long and productive day on Tuesday, 5/13!

We now have agreements for all three Locals on Article 11, Bargaining Unit Representatives, and on Article 63, which is now re-titled Health, Safety, and Workplace Violence. We have also reached agreement on Article 27, Reassignment, for Locals 5142 and 5131. All Tentative Agreements are linked below.

We are scheduled to meet next week on Tuesday, 5/20 and Friday, 5/23 for negotiations. Inspira’s representatives have informed us that they intend to start financial discussions on Tuesday. We will provide updates at our Wednesday meetings.

Finally: a gentle reminder to please sign up for next week’s General Membership meetings and Code Red Breakfast Briefing! Membership meetings will take place at 8am on 5/20 (virtual), 8am on 5/21 (virtual), immediately after the Breakfast Briefing (in-person, approximately 12p), 5pm (virtual), and 8pm (virtual).
