Inspira Bargaining Update, May 29, 2025
We are writing with a negotiations update.
As of today, 5/29, we have a few new tentative agreements for your review. See below. After last week’s historic strike vote, we have seen more movement at the table related to the simpler proposals.
However, we have our two largest proposals left on the table. We have one more day of negotiations, and still have not come to an agreement on staffing ratios or wages. While there has been some movement towards adding ratios to the contract, discussions regarding wages have not moved anywhere close to acceptable.
Tomorrow is the final day before our current contract expires. We are asking all members to show up at the Marriott Courtyard in Glassboro, anytime between 8am and 12pm, to show management that all 1,750 of their RNs are in this fight together, and we will NOT back down! Let’s pack the parking lot in red!
