Local 5621 Contract Status Update

We are writing with an update on the status of our contract in the wake of this week’s vote, and to share some further information on what to expect moving forward.

Based on questions we’ve been receiving, we want you to know that the 2022-2025 union contract remains in effect. You are not at-will employees and continue to have the protections of the union contract.

Secondly, we are planning a meeting with Inspira management toward the end of next week to discuss potential adjustments to our original contract settlement. As talks with management continue, we will continue to send updates. Please keep an eye on your email.
