Safe Staffing: HMH has proposed nothing, they claim there is no staffing problem

Weekend Diff: HMH wants to roll it out in 2 phases, 30 days upon on ratification and 2nd phase October 1, 2025.

Additional Staffing: HMH has proposed 28 new RNs but nothing for ICU and will only discuss additional staffing for maternity, periop and cath lab/interventional radiology/cardiac rehab upon completion of the expansion of operations if only it is supported by patient volume.

HMH has proposed to take away the guarantee of 2 hours pay for any RN that is flexed for those working overtime or an extra shift and the union has rejected.
