After years of disputes with the prior owners, nurses and health professionals have ratified a three-year contract with the new owners of Hudson Regional Hospital. In 2017, NJMHMC, LLC. purchased the hospital after receiving approvals from NJ regulators.
HPAE, the largest union of nurses and health professionals in NJ, responded to today’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling as another strike against workers, who are advocates in their workplace, and in favor of wealthy individuals and corporate interests.
