Governor Murphy signed a new bill into law on Tuesday, September 15th which allows members that contracted CoVid-19 while working at UH are now eligible to claim Workers’ Comp benefits retroactive to March 9, 2020.
Health fleet transports continue to be a problem, and the delays have created an ER crisis. Yasser agreed to address the issues and recommended a member of the management team to attend our meetings.
Local 5106 also signed on the letter of support to provide a safer environment for the students and teachers of the Philadelphia Public Schools.
