Following the ratification vote which took place on Tuesday, December 10th and Wednesday, December 11th, our local membership voted by an overwhelming majority to ratify the tentative agreement presented by our local negotiation committee.

Our local Bargaining Committee continues to develop contract proposals that would bring us to parity with other local hospitals. Wages, improved staffing levels, and restoration of our PTO accruals and balances will be addressed.
