Management said they have “no interest” in safe staffing ratios. They will have the CNO and Director of Nursing at negotiations this Thursday to address staffing concerns.

At the national bargaining session on June 5-7, the Union Coalition ended negotiations with ARC Management after another week of no real progress.

Local 5030 negotiations update, June 8
Our HPAE Local 5030 Negotiating Committee met with management on Friday. We continue to hold our position that we will not accept any proposed negative changes to benefits (PTO, Retirement, Raises, etc.)
EHMC CONTRACT RATIFICATION UPDATE
Thank you to all the members that came to today’s membership meeting. The membership voted to ratify the Tentative Agreement for a new three year contract. The new contract will be in effect immediately and will expire May 31, 2021.
