Tentative Agreement Reached!
After fighting back major concessions proposed by the Hospital, HPAE has reached a tentative agreement for a new contract.
HPAE Local 5105 members ratify their 2022 Pay Increase
The "Yes" vote was over 80% to ratify our wage package for 2022. The wage reopener proved to be successful because we were able to secure a significantly larger wage increase, market rate adjustment and additional steps.
For a more inclusive healthcare future
My union, Health Professionals and Allied Employees in New Jersey, took an important step when we passed a resolution at our convention resolving to put the full weight of our union behind efforts to address racial disparities in healthcare.

On February 17th, 2022, the Local 5105 Negotiating Committee and Virtua reached a Tentative Agreement on the 2022 wage increases.
Local 5089 Bargaining Update, February 18, 2022
HPAE continues to meet with management in an attempt to reach an agreement for a new contract which expired September 30, 2021.
HPAE Local 5094 UH Important Update, February 18, 2022
HPAE met with the Hospital on February 17th and reached several tentative agreements. First, performance evaluations will have a reduced penalty should a member receive a poor rating for their annual evaluation.
