HPAE offers a wide range of educational programs and workshops to help Reps and local officers function as strong, union advocates and to enhance the professional development of our members.
Registration for all of HPAE's state-wide trainings can be done on-line. The trainings are held at the Rutgers University Labor Education Center in New Brunswick, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm (lunch provided).
HPAE’s Leadership Development programs provide HPAE leaders with the skills and knowledge that they need to effectively run their local unions and to participate in HPAE-wide activities.
HPAE’s Continuing Education (CE) program focuses on issues related to professional practice and the healthcare industry. HPAE CE workshops offer contact hours that the law mandates for RNs to maintain their licenses. We have also offered workshops with contact hours
